I am Natalia Arroyave, social worker of Universidad de Antioquia Colombia. I am a master in Family, social and occupational mediation of Universidad de Granada Spain. I have accompanied hemophilia comprehensive care processes at patient associations, health-care providers and health insurers for 18 years . I have been a professor at Universidad de Antioquia of the Social Sciences and Humanities Faculty for 13 years. I am a consultant for Bayer in developing and strengthening hemophilia comprehensive care models in Colombia and since 2014 I am a facilitator at Suro Latam Team.
