Dr. Jeffrey Kallberg, PT, DPT received his BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota Program in Physical Therapy in 1994 and went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of South Dakota in 2016. He works at the South Texas Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) at UT Health in San Antonio, TX and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT’s Long School of Medicane. He is also an adjunct faculty at the UT Health Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, the University of California San Diego Hemophilia & Thrombosis Treatment Center and is currently a Ph.D. Student at the School of Health Professionals at UT Health San Antonio.
He is currently leading the point-of-care musculoskeletal ultrasound program at the South Texas Hemophilia Treatment Center which is used to manage muscukoskeletal complications in individuals who have hemophilia and related bleeding disorders. Jeffrey presents regularly on the topic of hemophilic arthropathy to community groups across the United States.
Outside of work Jeffrey enjoys time with his wife and their three kids and three dogs. He enjoys motorsports, is an avid motorcyclist and enjoys working in his shop at home.
