We will approach this session from the angle of both the physiotherapist and the orthopedic surgeon.
Join this session to learn at what point surgery becomes necessary in response to muscle bleeds, and what can be done in response to compartment syndrome and other complications. Explore different techniques for strengthening the muscles without risking any bleeds and discover if stronger muscles can reduce the frequency of muscle bleeds. Learn more about the characteristics of heterotopic ossification and how to identify it, and what can be done to treat it.
