This session will explore various treatment management strategies and the effects on patients with multiple joint arthropathies. From the orthopedic perspective, we will explore the feasibility of surgery and factors to consider before and after surgery, including both peri- and post-operative pain management, the protocols for pain medication, and the impact of pain on decision-making. We will also examine the role of manual therapies and their practicability with low or non-existent factor coverage, and the fundamentals necessary to reach an acceptable outcome.
